Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, every order ships free within The United States. There are no minimums or extra conditions. We simply want delivery to feel easy from the moment you check out.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. When your parcel leaves our studio, we’ll send a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently deliver only within The United States so we can provide the best possible service locally. If this changes, our community will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
If something isn’t quite right, you have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Email us at info@mintedwear.com and we’ll guide you through the simple return steps.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after we inspect your returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take a little extra time to display the funds.
Do you accept exchanges?
